JFTR: That last part broke the build on all buildd. I have put back dh-
sequence-sphinxdoc in Build-Deps :( dh-sequence-sphinxdoc resolves to sphinx-
common and it looks like that does not pull any problematic dependencies. The
breakage came from:

dh clean --with sphinxdoc --buildsystem=cmake
dh: error: unable to load addon sphinxdoc: Can't locate
Debian/Debhelper/Sequence/sphinxdoc.pm in @INC (you may need to install the
Debian::Debhelper::Sequence::sphinxdoc module) (@INC contains: /etc/perl
/usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.32.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.32.1
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.32 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/perl-base /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.32 /usr/share/perl/5.32
/usr/local/lib/site_perl) at (eval 12) line 1.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at (eval 12) line 1.

Maybe overriding the clean target and removing the '--with sphinxdoc' part
would help with this, but somehow I dislike testing by uploading to ftp-master
:) And I know from the previous version that worked on buildd.

Normally I use sbuild and it worked there, the problem only appeared on buildd.
It is really confusing when the same thing behaves in different ways in local
sbuild, ci and buildd and the local build success means nothing. I even didn't
come to test the changes proposed by Johannes, maybe first I have to replicate
locally what buildd and ci are doing and then see what works best...

With best regards,
b.
