JFTR: That last part broke the build on all buildd. I have put back dh- sequence-sphinxdoc in Build-Deps :( dh-sequence-sphinxdoc resolves to sphinx- common and it looks like that does not pull any problematic dependencies. The breakage came from: dh clean --with sphinxdoc --buildsystem=cmake dh: error: unable to load addon sphinxdoc: [..]
You can remove --with sphinxdoc from d/rules completely. Depending on dh-sequence-FOO implies --with FOO.
