For bootstrapping, it is as simple as running:

BOOTSTRAPLISP=clisp debian/rules binary

(or with ecl instead of clisp).

The instructions for cross-building (involving either two machines or a
foreign-architecture qemu-based chroot), are given in the comments of
"make.sh".
