The fact that nobody commented the contents of my suggestion and there
was no discussion about Salsa-CI timeouts kind of validates this point
of Paul...
Anyway, I now filed an issue at
https://salsa.debian.org/salsa/support/issues/184 as that is what is
suggested at https://wiki.debian.org/Salsa/Doc#Support
I hope to see some discussion there.
