Salsa-CI build time limits decreased?

Hello!

I built mariadb a week ago and it took 1h 35m. Now there is a new release and I would need to test it in Salsa-CI before I upload. However, it seems that builds time out at 1h now.

Last week timeout 2h: https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-10.3/-/jobs/435944
Now timeout 1h: https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-10.3/-/jobs/451844

Can we please get back to the 2h time limit?

It is absolutely vital that MariaDB updates are properly tested before uploading. I've spent hundreds of hours developing the CI pipeline in 2018-2019 and the number of new packaging bugs against MariaDB has dropped close to zero this year thanks to this testing. It is very important that pre-upload Salsa-CI works in the main repository and in all the forks where people prepare their merge requests against the main repository.

PS. Sorry for cross posting to to addresses. From https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=905581 I concluded that debian-ci should be used for this discussion but based on debian-ci history Salsa admins or Salsa-CI developers might not actually be on this list.
