That is most likely the case, and I would appreciate if you as a
debian-ci representative commented the issue
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=905581 so that
listmasters would realize this and be more inclined to create a
separate debian-salsa mailing list.
