我觉得这句翻译得很不好，没必要地脱离原文。我会译作 "默认设置下，用户的主
目录对系统所有用户都可读。"

"提高隐私" 算病句吧？也许译成 "私密性" 会好些？

这么翻译很别扭啊，而且容易造成误解 (除了 $HOME 哪里都不能读)，为什么不简
单直译为 "您也许想让用户的主目录只有该用户自己可读" 呢？
