不确定是哪里出问题，我使用 bsmi00lp.ttf 来做，结果出现错误讯息。
见 attachment。
* 已事先将 bsmi00lp.ttf 改名为 amingt.ttf。

问题是转码表是正确的。ttf2pt1 的转码表是来自 chpfb 的，再另加上 plane
number 的标示。cugb.map, ugb.map 才是新增加的。这个问题还需要点时间
消化一下...

唉呀！没注意到这个问题，偷懒少看了 CHANGES ;-)。怪不得 hinting
差了一点...
问题是 ttf2pt1 -L 的话，预设使用的 parser 是 built-in 的 TTF，和
FT2 应无关。使用 -p ft 强迫使用 FT2 的话，错误讯息更多... :(
经打开 ByteCode 后，还是一样，不确定问题出在哪儿？可能需要一点
时间消化一下 ttf2pt1 及 chpfb，然后我会到 ttf2pt1 mailing list
和他们讨论一下，希望他们看得懂我的 poor english. ;-)
