我想问题出在index.zh-tw.html之中第一行的设定：
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">

该处写的是iso-8859-1而不是Big5。若将其改为Big5一切就正常了(i.e., lynx与
mozilla都可正确显示出中文)。那位大哥能解决这问题呢？
