allocate 是分配的意思，但這裡的意思應該是由系統來分配，
更象是“要求分配”的意思。怎麼樣更合適？

我可以肯定'緊急錯誤'不象話，嘿嘿，不過 Critical error 的意思似乎
是比 serious error 還要厲害點兒。關鍵錯誤可以嗎？可能吧。
其它的都更正了。我就知道肯定有很多問題。 :)
