g77: new package

New package: g77.

I've just uploaded it to private/project/Incoming

I would like to note that I (not being able to read fortran) am not
'The Right Person'(tm) for this job, but as long as nobody else wants to
take over, I'll do it. (Yes, this is an invitation to all you fortran
lovers! (if any!))

There's no substitue for reading README's.
(except for using Debian, and typing "dpkg -i package.deb").
