Re: Changing debian Iso to support Dell Servers !!!!!!!!!



Hmm!

I cant understand! If i use de official debian installer, thats cant detect the hard discs (but yes detect the NIC); if i use the debian-dell-2.4.31.iso, thats request the floppy drive and cant continue the installation; but if i use the 2.4.29, the installation continue, but cant detect NIC!!! (so, cant download any software!!!!!).

How can integrate an official debian iso with the debian-dell installer? or how can i create a customize (but complete) iso?

Also, are you choosing to install via the network?  This is a netinst
ISO and one that has no packages, etc on it except to bootstrap and get
on the network.

I've heard several other reports of this ISO working on the SC420.
