Regarding source CDs, we should rewrite debian-cd to make sure the source CDs include the source in the order of the binaries on the binary CD. This would make it easier for CD distributors to know how many source CDs they need to keep around. (the point being to reduce the amount of source CDs to keep around when only a subset of the binary CDs are distributed)
