Oops -- Didn't mean to do that -- that was Emacs's version control being
much cleverer than I was expecting, while I was remotely editing things
via tramp.

I don't think that anyone other than me is going to find publish_cds
very useful, but it doesn't touch anything else so I suppose there's no
harm in including it --- It's not exactly finished yet though.

When it is finished, it will be used to move all the jigdo files into
the public access area, and make a hard-link archive tree containing all
the files refered to in the jigdo files, and probably check all the
md5's one last time, just for good measure.
