DVD?

Hi,

I think it would be really great if someone stepped forward and contacted
the various vendors that produce Debian CDs and determine what they would
want in order to press DVDs of Debian. 

DVD-R's are horribly expensive but pressing them en mass is not. We
should really seriously look into getting a DVD version of the Dist out
there.

I think the best way to go about this is to talk to the vendors who
already produce CD sets of Debian and coordinate with them to have them
produce an image and send it over to their disc supplier. But negotiations
with them should be started now that we have frozen. 

Could somone(s) volenteer to deal with this?
