[quango@watervalley.net: mkhybrid: seg faults with HFS options on Debian 2.1 archive]

I compiled the new upstream version (1.12b4.8) from source and the bug
is no longer present in the resulting binary.  I can make an NMU of
the new version for frozen and unstable, or just unstable, or leave it
up to you to decide.

mkhybrid causes a segmentation fault when run on a mirror of the Debian 2.1
arhive with any of the options that force creation of the HFS volume
information.  This affects making the m68k slink CDs, which require the HFS
information to be usable on Macs (without the HFS information, the install
process can't be started without using non-free tools under MacOS).
