You mean in combination with apt's http method? Then that trick should go
only in ch211.html. You can use a formulation like this:

  The proxy trick: If you already have a caching HTTP proxy server running,
  you don't have to explicitly set up an FTP mirror. Configure the proxy to
  keep *.deb files for a long time, and use apt's http aquisition method while
  the `http_proxy' environment variable is set.

And please check the pages (and READMEs of the Pseudo-Image Kit) for language
errors etc., as I'm not a native English speaker.
