That's actually the same machine as cdimage.debian.org.

The reason you cannot see it is that open.hands.com (the machine that
www.uk and cdimage really reside on) has moved IP addresses, and
InterNIC are exhibiting their usual level of efficiency in changing
their records to match.

I forgot about cdimage (which is why that is still pointing to
open.hands.com's old address).  www.uk.debian.org works because it is
currently a CNAME for open2.hands.com, which resolves to the new
address.

I'm sure it will all get straightened out soon.

P.S. The good news is that I'm no longer behind a 0.5Mbit bandwidth
choke, so I should have something like 10Mb into Telehouse in London,
from that machine.
