That was fixed some time ago. Now it fails differently:

It is running, there is just no output from:
> netstat -an | grep "[\.\:]1111 " | grep LISTEN
In fact netstat -an shows me no IP sockets at all (freebsd-net-utils
9.0+ds1-1 or 9.0+ds1-2).
If I replace "netstat -an" with "echo notreally:$PORT LISTEN" the
testsuite completes without error and the package finishes building.
