If you would be willing to provide some advice, I'll get right on it.
Easier (and safer) would be to only fix "conflict with each other" instead
of whole svn.
1) get previous source package

2) prepare new package
cd freebsd-utils-6.0-2.really.5.4
add entry to debian/changelog
fix debian/control - patch is bellow
3) build
try to run "dpkg-buildpackage -b -uc"
install "Unmet build dependencies" via "apt-get install ..."
dpkg-buildpackage -b -uc
