Sure, I am willing to build it. The only problem is, I don't exactly 
know how to build it once
I get freebsd-utils from svn. I was reading a debian package management 
guide that said
there needed to be a file named 'package' for the controller file and such.

If you would be willing to provide some advice, I'll get right on it.
