Thanks, I should have spotted that somewhere.

To avoid dropping it right now and breaking the hurd installer,
maybe isc-dhcp-client-udeb can be ignored in the key package set
calculation. Then src:isc-dhcp can fall out of testing when
"possible".
Paul - can you take a look at that option?
