Bug#977877: console-setup: setupcon --setup-dir ... generates temporary file name inside etc/console-setup directory

No problem, Your questions were valid. 

I should have done a better job in pointing to the place where the tmpkbd.* was used inside the (initrd) setupcon script instead of just saying that "its referenced in the setupcon script".

I believe the above commit is the fix you are proposing. I pulled the patch and tested it locally. I am ok with the change. Thank you for the patch.
