There's nothing wrong with your eyes :-)
You are right, there is no such warning in the pot file you used.
The warnings are only in the po files.
Thus no issue on your side!

The main problem is: why does 
https://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po-debconf/es
not list the already existing (and partly translated) po file for Catalan?
I don't know...
