s390-zfcp: Not sure I want to send translators on this bunch of cryptic strings to translate

A new package just appeared in the archive, namely s390-zfcp.

It brings 29 new strings to translate in debconf templates but, let's
be realistic: do we really want translators to sweat on such cryptic
stuff like:

"Specify the worldwide port name (WWPN) of the target port
and the logical unit number (LUN) to attach a particular SCSI disk.
The WWPN and LUN each consists of 16 hexadecimal digits. Separate the
WWPN and LUN with a colon (:). For example,
0x2005000e11159c32:0x1234567800000000.""

Given that about 3 people in the world will eventually use this
package and probably all of them doing so in English, where's the
need?

As a consequence, I'm highly tempted to mark all these strings as "non
translatable". Indeed they are.
