I just see that #765976 was reopened, nearly silently, on June 8th
2015.

As it seems obvious, I didn't notice that (and maybe Cyril didn't
either).

I'm vry happy that german Debian users have good laughs. I'd be even
more happy if one of them would take care to look in detail why the
solution we implemented, which was suggested by Joey himself, doesn't
work.

(indeed, I don't know whether it's working or not, as I didn't try a
de_DE install)
