Bug#693485: keyboard-configuration: XKBLAYOUT, XKBOPTIONS values manually set in /etc/default/keyboard lost on upgrade

Can you give us the following information:

1. The original values of XKBLAYOUT and XKBOPTIONS.

2. The changed values of XKBLAYOUT and XKBOPTIONS.

3. Whether this bug is reproducible or console-setup no longer 
overwrites your manual settings.
