But there are problems with the partition tables:

Apr 22 16:17:36 kernel: [ 64.021939] sdd: unknown partition table
Apr 22 16:17:36 kernel: [ 64.026129] sd 1:0:0:0: [sdb] Attached SCSI disk
Apr 22 16:17:36 kernel: [ 64.026242] unknown partition table
Apr 22 16:17:36 kernel: [ 64.026503] sd 2:0:0:0: [sdc] Attached SCSI disk
Apr 22 16:17:36 kernel: [ 64.028771] unknown partition table
Apr 22 16:17:36 kernel: [ 64.029032] sd 3:0:0:0: [sdd] Attached SCSI disk
Apr 22 16:17:36 kernel: [ 64.031618] unknown partition table
Apr 22 16:17:36 kernel: [ 64.031876] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Attached SCSI disk

can you try with fdisk instead of dd? As will delete the content of the partition table.
