This is indeed the problem, I have uploaded a fixed mklibs version
0.1.30.

The locale issue was also related to glibc 2.11 updating. The installation-locale package needed to be rebuild against newer locale binary and then I've did a upload to make it.

This ought to fix the last issue of dailies; let's see how it looks tomorrow.
