I'm doing spam review offline.

Instead of using the "Report as spam" button described in the wiki
page, you can also bounce messages you identify as spam to
report-listspam@lists.debian.org

My mutt macros for doing this:

macro index \eL "breport-listspam@lists.debian.org\no\nq" "report as spam to Debian lists"
macro pager \eL "breport-listspam@lists.debian.org\no\n" "report as spam to Debian lists"
