Bug#560696: tasksel: The mail-server task should install dovecot instead of qpopper and uw-imapd

You did the right thing.

At least qpopper seems to be a good idea to replace. If we look at the
task content, we see:

qpopper # HELP: What's a good pop server?

I personnally tend to agree that dovecot is probably a much better
choice than qpopper+uw-imapd.

Let's see whether we have more comments about this.

PS: the mail-server task also has a comment with "# HELP: what about
some webmail thing?" which would be a good idea if there is something
that makes a good consensus (roundcube?). The side effect would then
be that it would probably always drive Apache and, depending on the
software, PHP and maybe even some RDBMS software....which would be
overkill.
