Bug#560696: tasksel: The mail-server task should install dovecot instead of qpopper and uw-imapd

Dovecot is a modern IMAP and POP3 server that's actively maintained with a
focus on security, so it should be installed by the mail-server task instead of
qpopper and uw-imapd.
BTW, I wasn't sure where to send this, given the tasks are defined in the
packages file and couldn't find any docs on where to suggest task updates.
This is from a 3 week old installation of squeeze, ignore the info below.
