Bug#524235: Default alt-gr key replacement should be right alt for usa keyboard.

I see no good reason for that.

You can not select AltGr.  It asks for an AltGr replacement, and
you can select:
No AltGr key
Right Alt
Right Control
Right Logo key
Menu key
Left Alt
Left Logo key
Keypad Enter key
Both Logo keys
Both Alt keys


And I think "No AltGr key" and "Left Alt" are actually the same
option.
