Ok, I found the preseed/early_command which could be used to
anna-install the desired virtio-modules. However, it's not too much
useful to me as I would need to have networking available prior to
pointing to a pressed file located in a HTTP server.

Alternatively, I would need to make qemu monitor "see" my USB device
which stores my pressed, but qemu monitor doesn't seem to agree on
collaborating on this one.

Anyway, going back to my initial question : shouldn't the virtio
modules be automatically loaded when paravirtualized network/block
devices are detected ?

I don't know if there's a way to make the d-i/VM kernel notice that
it's using paravirtualized devices instead of non-paravirtualized
devices, but I know that I need to boot my KVM virtual machines
explicitly saying that I have a paravirtualized network interface and a
paravirtualized disk.

Regards,
