Using the installer from http://goodbye-microsoft.com/ or
http://people.debian.org/~rmh/ I can't download anything. I get
"Unable to open http://ftp.nl.debian.org/(...)". I'm behind a proxy,
and even if I start debian.exe /PROXY <ip of proxy>:3128, I get the
same problem.
I tried downloading the files and give a file:/// URI in the
installer, but I get the same problem.

<DRM> What use is a phone call… if you are unable to speak?
