Huh? Do any debian kernels have IPv6 compiled in then?
I tested with i386 which only has IPv6 as modules. But I could not 
reproduce it, not without the ipv6 module loaded (default) and not with 
it loaded.
Anyway, at least so far it seems that all these issues are specific to arm 
somehow, so I'll leave it to you (arm porters) to trace them.
