No problem at all. It was your opinion that the code meant it should work when mod probing, and it is my opinion that it means that it will not work via mod probing because if it's a module, the code doesn't exist in the binary.

I have since tried with 'Debian GNU/Linux testing "Etch" Official Snapshot amd64 Binary-1 20061102' (RC1) and 'Debian GNU/Linux testing "Etch" - Official Snapshot amd64 NETINST Binary-1 20070130-23:22' (daily build from yesterday). I get the same results as with the daily build dated 20061019.

I look forward to testing with a 2.6.18 kernel.
