Yet another flawless install :)

Not related to d-i but it seems odd that if you install a wm (in this
case Xfce4) that xserver-xorg isn't a dependency; there may be a good
reason for it but I've never understood why.  Laptop and Standard system
were chosen in Tasksel and xfce4 was added afterwards.

You'll have to ask the respective package maintainers...
Is xserver-xorg also needed if you only want to run applications from a 
remote system? That could explain why it is optional.
