PPPoE test - minor issues

Hello !

I tested the installation over PPPoE. As said before by others here on the 
list it is almost working. I additionally added the lines as explained  
http://lists.debian.org/debian-boot/2006/12/msg00030.html.

As i said almost, so here are the issues :

1.) The name of the peer-file is /etc/ppp/peers/provider and 	
not /etc/ppp/peers/dsl-provider

2.) The eth0-interface is not brought up, so the connection fails.

For me it works with :

----- /etc/network/interfaces -----------------
auto provider
iface provider inet ppp
        pre-up /sbin/ifconfig eth0 up
        provider provider
-----------------------------------------------------------
