This is because we just switched to looking for ID_CDROM= to detect CD
devices, but the only thing in the Debian udev rules that calls cdrom_id
is permissions.rules, and that's not in udev-udeb. Marco, could you
please add this?
(I'm assuming that udev won't care that most of the groups mentioned in
permissions.rules don't exist in d-i; the copy of udev 093 I have lying
around here will just log a warning but otherwise just use gid 0. If
that's not correct any more, then we'd need a reduced rules file that
just calls cdrom_id for the appropriate devices.)
