Comments/Problems:

Initial boot from DVD worked fine. Selected Country (Canada) and 
language (American English) fine. Failed on trying to find and mount the 
DVD. Put the DVD media in the second drive and selected the Search for 
CD drive option. Still could not find the drive. Got to the "Detect and 
mount CD drive" screen. The installer would not go any further. Although 
it did not "freeze" as such it did not allow me to go any further.
