No, that is NOT correct. It is _our_ job to read installation reports, 
even long ones, and respond, clone, or in general process as necessary.

The only case where we can realistically ask users to do this job for us 
is when they have intimate knowledge of Debian, D-I and the BTS (as in 
the case of d-i team members and DDs).

We can sometimes ask specifically to report one or more issues separately 
if they are completely unrelated to the installer, but we cannot totally 
dismiss an installation report as is done here.
