I'll try to reproduce soon, I have another identical machine to install.

In my opinion, Latin-9 should also be installed for Finnish.

PEBKC. Those files were readable by root only, so I could not view them
as normal user.

I think I already updated those, but after beta 3 was built. Have to
followup on this.
