netboot also only works with built-in ethernet (which I don't have and
therefore can't test)

If this can be made to work for etch, and the kernel not booting
gets fixed, then I withdraw my concerns about claiming to support old
world mac.  As it stands, however, it's not working.

And can't be pointed to in the official manual aiui, and therefore
won't be found by people like me, who start with the manual.
