Bug#261535: marked as done (Running 'grub-install --no-floppy "(hd0)"' failed)

Comments/Problems:

the base system crash when it tries to install kernel :
kernel-image-2.4.25-1-386
press virtual consol 3

The module list has been changed and modules.dep need to be rebuild.
it says : I have to reboot in order for the modules file to be created
correctly. 

I tryed to finish the installation, but there is no grub or lilo, so the
server doesn t boot.

Looks like your bug is fixed in current installer. Would be good if
you could see if it still reproducable and reopen the bug in case.
