debian installer and kernel 2.6.14 ?

Hi,

I'd like to know where to find a debian testing or instable, for i386 or 
AMD64 (instable AMD64 is most wanted) which use a kernel >=2.6.14 for 
the installation.

I have problem to install debian on my computer, my sata device isn't 
recognize by the 2.6.12 currently used by the installer, and I know that 
it should work fine with 2.6.14.

I have also tried to install using debootstrap and chroot but I didn't 
manage. If it's possible to change the kernel used by the installer by 
myself, I could try to do it but it has to be done from windows or a 
boot cd.
