It is not "my site", but just a subdir in the d-i project homepage on alioth [1]. All project members have write access there. I have renamed the subdir ./gtk-frontend/localudebs to ...localudebs.i386 and updated the wiki to reflect this [2]. Feel free to create a localudebs.powerpc directory.
