Well, even if you can't commit files, you still can download the XML
file, change it and propose a patch...which I'll be very glad to
commit...
I know about your connectivity issues, yes....even if with more than
50 translators, I have more and more problems remembering the
specifics of each translator's environment (but I do my best for this..).
