Hi,

I have updated the original patch, and checked that the manual still
builds (I've run build/build.sh with languages=en and formats=html).

Hoping I didn't break anything (it's 4AM now, so... :))

Cheers,

Suggested Conventions for XML Markup
------------------------------------

Here are some recommendations for editing and supplementing the
debian-installer XML documentation:

1) Use <quote> elements instead of literal quotation marks, or ASCII
characters used as quotation marks. The <quote> element is rendered as
whatever style of quotation is appropriate to the locale.

The exception to this rule is literal input or output that should
represented exactly. For example, literal quotation marks, apostrophes,
grave accents, and so forth within <computeroutput> or <userinput> elements
should be left as-is.

2) Use — and – entities instead of dash (a.k.a. ASCII
"hyphen-minus") characters, when you're using them for grammatical asides
-- like this -- or within numeric ranges, like 35-50. Dashes in part
numbers should be literal -- don't use an entity for those.
