Hi

since there were no answers to my request for suggestions on how to 
implement a better handler for a single select question i've implemented 
it with gtktreeview widgets

since it seems to work fine i think i'll be able to upload it tomorrow 
on svn; this way we'll have

-gtk_handler_select_single() to be used to display the main menu only
-gtk_handler_select_multiple() to display SELECT questions from question 
lists counting more than just a single question
-gtk_handler_select_treeview() to display a single SELECT question
